WHAT COMES INCLUDED WITH MY PACO COLLAR? We're pretty adamant that you get the collar that is perfect for your dog so we're pretty open about exchanges and repairs. However, due to the custom nature of our products, and the man hours involved in creating them, we cannot offer refunds. Each collar is handmade when ordered. All we ask (bark, beg!) is that you double check the size you're ordering and make sure the width will compliment your dog.
If you have any questions at all regarding what will look best on your pet, contact us at email@example.com and include an image of your dog and coat length. We're pretty good at figuring out what styles compliment different dogs. Your Paco Collar comes with a lifetime of free repair. Of course, we're banking on the fact that you'll never need it, but should something break, we'll repair or replace your product. That said, know that we do have limitations...if your dog chews its collar to shreds, we can't fix that, but any repair resulting from product failure will be taken care of. We cannot offer repairs, refunds or exchanges for products damaged due to the dog, natural wear-and-tear or undergoing extreme conditions.
All other exchanges and repairs are considered on a case-by-case basis. Lastly, and there's no gentle way to say this, when your pet goes, we will turn your product into a memorial bracelet for free. Just send us the collar and your wrist size, and we'll make you a wearable memento. If you feel that you must return the collar, we will be happy to donate it to a needy shelter and/or rescue dog.
RETURN POLICY FOR LUPINE COLLARS FOR EXCHANGE OF ANY PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER( such as the product itself or pattern). Your will need to e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number and a new order. We will process the new order, including a new $4 s/h charge. A credit for the items(s) will be posted to your account once the return is received. Please note that we expect the product to be in absolutely shiny new, unused and resalable condition. If we mess up and ship something other than what was ordered, we will send you a return label (postage-paid) for returning the incorrect product along with the correct item. Please wait for the label as it will have an ID# that helps us handle the returned item correctly. REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED ITEMS. Under our Guarantee it is best that we have you send it directly to Lupine and they will mail the damaged item directly to us and we will mail the replacement directly to you. We make every attempt to avoid errors in the processing of your order, but sometimes mistakes happen. When one does occur, please allow us to correct it. You must return all merchandise unused within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in original packaging including instruction book , warranty cards, etc. A 20% or $5.00 re-stocking fee ( whichever is greater) will be applied. All Shipping is non-refundable (unless due to damage) For your assurance that returned merchandise is received at DogCollarsandHarnesses safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. postal service, UPS, or Fed Ex with insured delivery. All return shipping charges are paid by the customer. However, we regret that dog apparel, personalized items, books and videos, and special order items such as Edemco Grooming tables cannot be returned to us unless there is a defect in workmanship in which case we will replace with an identical product.
